In my current role at NordLivs Södermalm, I operate touchscreen point-of-sale systems during busy shifts, managing debit, credit, and Swish payments with steady accuracy. Alongside scanning groceries and handling cash drawer balances, I routinely assist shoppers with product locations and bag packing while keeping the checkout lanes tidy. Between queue peaks, I also restock front-of-store displays and confirm promotional shelf pricing.
Prior to this, at Birkagården Delikatesser, I welcomed patrons, handled register transactions and returns in accordance with store policies, and rotated specialty grocery items based on expiration dates. This experience reinforced the importance of systematic stock handling alongside attentive register service. I also bring foundational knowledge from completing certification in Basic Retail Safety and Food Hygiene, which supports my commitment to clean, dependable store standards.
