In my current role as a Junior Massage Therapist at Källan Friskvård & Spa, I administer 45- to 60-minute Swedish classic and deep tissue sessions tailored to individual tension patterns and client comfort levels. Before each treatment, I conduct systematic intake assessments to identify postural imbalances, contraindications, and localized muscular stiffness. In addition to maintaining treatment room sanitation according to Swedish health and hygiene regulations, I provide clients with practical post-treatment guidance, including self-stretching routines and ergonomic workplace habits.
Prior to this, during my internship at Öresund Rehobolag, I delivered supervised remedial massage sessions to outpatient clients recovering from chronic neck, shoulder, and lumbar strain. Working under senior therapists, I logged detailed session notes and observations while upholding sterile draping protocols and preparing treatment stations. Together with the 250 supervised practical clinical hours completed during my vocational training at Axelsons Institute, this foundation enables me to address client tension with precision and care.
