Before you delete the account
Download any resumes or cover letters you must keep. Account deletion is not an archive workflow and should be treated as irreversible.
Delete the account
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete beside Delete account.
- Read the permanent-deletion warning.
- Enter the required confirmation text exactly as shown.
- Confirm deletion and wait for the operation to finish.
- Jobaria signs you out after a successful deletion.
Understand the data scope
The product deletion process removes the account and owned application data from active Jobaria systems. The current Privacy Policy remains the authoritative description of retention, temporary residual backups, service-provider records, legal exceptions, and GDPR rights.

Expected result
You can no longer sign in to the deleted account, and its Jobaria documents are no longer available through the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- If deletion fails, do not repeatedly create new accounts; retry later and contact [email protected] if the issue continues.
- If you only want to remove one document, delete that resume or cover letter instead of the entire account.
- If legal or provider-held data is your concern, use the privacy contact so the request can be assessed under the applicable policy and law.
