Overview of Jobaria membership tiers

Jobaria provides tools for building resumes, creating tailored cover letters, and receiving AI career guidance. To keep inference costs sustainable while offering generous access, Jobaria uses three tiers:

• Free: Continual sampler tier with a daily AI cost allowance. No credit card required.
• Pro: Designed for active job seekers, providing 10× the Free daily AI allowance for €15.99/month, or €95.88 upfront for the first 12 months (equivalent to €7.99/month), continuing at €7.99/month until cancelled.
• Ultra: Designed for high-volume workflows, providing a monthly allowance pool equal to 25× Free over a 30-day reference basis with no daily commercial cap for €29.99/month, or €215.88 upfront for the first 12 months (equivalent to €17.99/month), continuing indefinitely at €17.99/month until cancelled.

What counts toward your AI allowance

Your AI allowance is measured through internal inference cost valuing actual model usage (input tokens, cached tokens, and generated output including reasoning):

• In-scope AI actions: AI Career Coach chat turns, bullet polish, summary generation, cover letter drafts, and tailoring wizards.
• Excluded free features: Manual document editing, template selection, typography customization, PDF downloads, resume parsing, and resume quality review. Resume reviews are always free and do not consume your AI quota.

Allowance tracking and reset schedule

Your remaining allowance is displayed as a percentage in Settings → Billing and on assistant surfaces:

• Free and Pro: Ceilings reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Unused allowance expires daily and does not roll over.
• Ultra: Ceilings reset on your monthly entitlement activation anniversary (regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually), with no daily cap.
• Warnings and Exhaustion: You receive an in-product warning when your allowance first reaches 10% remaining. At 0%, new generative starts are blocked with an exhaustion banner, while your composer drafts are preserved.
• Graceful Completion: Any action admitted before exhaustion is allowed to finish its response stream completely.

Expected result

Your active tier, current remaining percentage, and exact reset time are clearly visible in Settings → Billing. When using AI assistant tools, admitted actions finish smoothly and warnings appear before your allowance is exhausted.

Troubleshooting

• If your allowance is exhausted, wait for the daily 00:00 UTC reset or upgrade to a higher tier with larger allowances.
• Remember that manual resume editing, styling, and PDF downloads remain unrestricted at all times.
• If you believe an accounting error occurred, contact support through the feedback form with your account email.
