Before you start

Create and verify your Jobaria account. If you already have a resume, keep its PDF or LinkedIn profile URL ready so you can import instead of typing everything again.

Follow the onboarding checklist

  1. Choose Create or import resume.
  2. Start from scratch, upload a supported PDF, or import your LinkedIn profile.
  3. Review every imported or entered field in the builder.
  4. Select AI review to analyze the saved resume and read its findings.
  5. Select Tailor and provide a job description or supported job-posting URL.
  6. Review the tailored version, choose its template and design, then download the PDF.

You can return to completed documents from Resume Builder → Resumes in the dashboard sidebar.

Expected result

Your dashboard contains an editable base resume and, after tailoring, a separate targeted version. Both can be opened, revised, and exported again.

Troubleshooting

  • A saved resume must contain enough usable information before AI Review or tailoring becomes available.
  • Imports create editable content; they are not a substitute for checking names, dates, links, and formatting.
  • If you leave during onboarding, reopen Onboarding from the sidebar to continue the incomplete steps.
