Review the live preview and finish all content, template, layout, and design changes. Rename the document so the downloaded filename is recognizable.
Download the PDF
- Open the document in the builder and select Download as PDF, or select Download PDF from its dashboard card.
- Keep the page open while Jobaria generates the file.
- Save the PDF to your device.
- Open the downloaded file rather than relying only on the browser preview.
- Check every page, text character, hyperlink, margin, and page break.
- Use a professional filename before attaching it to an application.
Expected result
The downloaded PDF matches the Jobaria preview and can be opened in a standard PDF reader.
Troubleshooting
- Wait for document saving to finish before exporting.
- If nothing downloads, check the browser's download and pop-up permissions.
- If a font or character looks wrong, reopen the builder, select a supported font, and export again.
- If content is clipped, fix the page layout rather than editing the generated PDF.
- If repeated attempts fail, note the document type, browser, approximate time, and any visible error when contacting support.
