Earlier, as Chief Operating Officer at OptiSense Technologies B.V., I directed global manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance for optical sensor assemblies with 380 direct and matrixed reports. In that role, I compressed manufacturing cycle times by 24% through the implementation of lean flow lines and modular subassembly practices, while championing strategic dual-sourcing programs across Europe and Asia to safeguard delivery reliability during component shortages.
