With extensive executive leadership experience directing capital allocation, international commercial expansion, and financial transformation in regulated industries across Ireland and Europe, I welcome the opportunity to guide your financial strategy and governance as the company scales its operational footprint.
In my current role as Chief Financial Officer at Salthill Advanced Therapeutics Ltd, I direct global treasury operations and statutory reporting across Irish, UK, and continental European subsidiaries. To support substantial infrastructure scaling, I negotiated and closed an 85 million euro multi-currency debt and equity growth facility to fund production facility expansion in Connacht. Concurrently, I instituted an enterprisewide financial planning and analysis cadence that reduced monthly reporting cycle times from twelve business days to four, providing our board of directors and institutional investors with timely, transparent liquidity and capital performance data.
Prior to this, as Vice President of Finance at Corrib Medical Technologies Group, I oversaw a 22-person international finance division across EMEA. During this tenure, I led the financial due diligence and post-merger integration of a 42 million euro medical diagnostics acquisition in France. In addition, I partnered with the Chief Executive Officer to restructure supply chain transfer pricing, delivering 3.2 million euro in annual recurring tax efficiencies, while steering enterprise systems modernisation within strict budget and delivery parameters.
As a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director based in Galway, I combine disciplined financial oversight with strategic commercial partnership.
