Customer Service Representative cover letter example

Loire Fret Solutions

Dear Hiring Team,

I am writing to express my interest in the Customer Service Representative position at Loire Fret Solutions. Having followed your regional freight and transport distribution services in western France, I welcome the opportunity to contribute my practical background in multichannel inquiry resolution and shipment support to your operations.

In my current role as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Armorica Logistique Directe, I manage escalated tier-2 customer inquiries and delivery dispute cases across telephone, email, and live messaging channels, maintaining an average resolution rate of 94% on initial contact. My daily responsibilities include reviewing complex refund and claim requests up to 1,500 euros in accordance with consumer regulations and company guidelines, as well as coaching junior colleagues on de-escalation methods and ticketing workflows.

I also work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact service quality. By collaborating with the regional logistics team to pinpoint shipment delay root causes, we succeeded in reducing recurring transit complaints by 18% over two years. Additionally, my work auditing customer communication templates and authoring standardized responses has helped streamline handling times while maintaining high clarity for clients.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my customer support experience and familiarity with freight dispute resolution can support the service standards at Loire Fret Solutions. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Sylvie Marchand
