My core responsibilities center on executing credit assessments and risk evaluations for residential home purchases while ensuring complete alignment with Finansinspektionen amortisation rules and lending criteria. Alongside mortgage solutions, I guide households through structured financial planning sessions addressing retirement savings, ISK accounts, and insurance coverage, partnering closely with internal compliance officers on AML and KYC procedures.
Beyond individual advisory meetings, I participated in the regional branch rollout of an automated digital mortgage intake application, testing workflow steps and gathering feedback from retail applicants. I also conducted internal coaching sessions for five branch team members to ensure the seamless adoption of the new digital underwriting portal. Combined with my earlier customer lending experience at Kattegat Privatbank, this work has reinforced my ability to balance rigorous regulatory discipline with responsive client service.
