In my current patrol duties with Mälar Regional Police Authority, I respond to emergency dispatches and high-priority service requests across metropolitan sectors. My responsibilities include securing and preserving incident scenes, conducting initial investigations and witness interviews, and filing statutory documentation. In dynamic field encounters, I apply conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve public disturbances safely while maintaining civil order and procedural fairness alongside emergency medical teams and social service liaisons.
Complementing my operational patrol work, I completed an applied project focused on youth community outreach and conflict prevention. During this initiative, I synthesized regional case studies on de-escalation patterns and drafted a standardized operational reference sheet addressing proactive engagement strategies with youth in community centers. This project reinforced my ability to integrate constructive community dialogue into frontline policing, supporting both public trust and effective incident intervention.
