In my current position as Junior UX Researcher at Rheinaue Digital GmbH, I have conducted 18 semi-structured user interviews and moderated usability testing sessions focused on web self-service portals. I regularly translate qualitative observations into structured journey maps and thematic affinity boards for cross-functional product squads. Additionally, by organizing participant recruiting and screening pipelines, I reduced study lead time by five days, enabling product teams to receive validated feedback more rapidly.
Previously, during my UX research internship at Novasphere Media Lab, I evaluated navigation structures by executing remote unmoderated tree testing and card sorting exercises across 80 participants. To ensure these insights were readily accessible to UI designers and product managers, I prepared summary slide decks and curated video highlight reels that clearly illustrated user navigation bottlenecks and information hierarchy challenges.
