Before you start

Run AI Review on a saved resume and read the report. Decide which findings are relevant to the roles you are targeting before opening the fix workflow.

Work through the fixes

  1. Open the resume associated with the analysis.
  2. Open the AI Review or assistant panel and start the guided fix flow.
  3. Review the active finding and its explanation.
  4. For a rewrite, compare the original and proposed text before accepting it.
  5. For missing information, provide only details that are true and supportable.
  6. Continue through the selected findings, skipping suggestions that do not fit your situation.
  7. Inspect the full document preview after the edits.

Verify every change

Check names, dates, metrics, technologies, scope, and seniority. AI can improve wording, but it cannot know facts that you did not provide and should not invent achievements.

Expected result

The saved resume reflects the fixes you accepted while retaining your intended meaning. A later AI Review can measure whether the relevant checks changed.

Troubleshooting

  • If a suggested metric is unknown, describe the outcome qualitatively or gather the correct number; do not guess.
  • If a rewrite changes your meaning, reject it and ask for a narrower revision.
  • If the preview becomes crowded, finish the content corrections before adjusting layout and spacing.
