While producing industrial valve components on 3-axis and 4-axis Mazak machines, I prepared custom clamping fixtures and zero-point setups to control part deflection during heavy roughing passes. I also collaborated with manufacturing engineers to resolve cutting tool wear in nickel alloys, extending tool life by 20% through adjusted feeds and speeds.
