NexusFlow Cloud

Dear Hiring Team,

I am writing to express my strong interest in the Customer Success Manager position at NexusFlow Cloud. Having managed enterprise SaaS customer portfolios and cross-functional lifecycle initiatives across the APAC region, I welcome the opportunity to support your enterprise clients in realising measurable product value and securing sustainable long-term retention.

In my current role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Kinetiq Cloud Solutions, I manage a portfolio of 24 Tier-1 enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing an annual recurring revenue base of AUD $14.5M. By partnering directly with client executives to establish joint success plans and digital roadmap milestones, I lifted gross account retention from 91% to 96.5% over three years. Furthermore, through quarterly executive business review cadences, I collaborated with enterprise account executives to uncover AUD $2.1M in net expansion opportunities.

Earlier at StrataVibe Analytics, I oversaw lifecycle operations for 38 mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts within financial services and logistics. In that capacity, I designed targeted onboarding playbooks and enablement sequences that reduced time-to-value for new deployments from 75 days to 48 days, while maintaining an average net revenue retention rate of 112% across four consecutive fiscal quarters. This disciplined focus on onboarding efficiency, customer health scoring, and cross-functional alignment enables me to drive swift product adoption and dependable commercial outcomes.

NexusFlow Cloud’s focus on enterprise platform reliability and client partnership aligns closely with my background in lifecycle governance and value realisation planning. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my enterprise account management experience can contribute to the continued success and retention of your customer portfolio.

Yours sincerely,

Claire Thornton
