Henrik Lindqvist
Senior Engineering Team Lead
Gotaberg Dynamics AB
Dear Hiring Team at Gotaberg Dynamics,
I am writing to express my interest in the Team Lead position at Gotaberg Dynamics AB. With a solid background in industrial embedded software delivery and engineering leadership in Gothenburg, I have focused on guiding cross-functional teams, establishing dependable agile workflows, and supporting sustainable technical execution across multidisciplinary projects.
In my current role as Software Engineering Team Lead at Kallvik Automation AB, I direct a cross-functional team of 14 software engineers, QA specialists, and system architects delivering real-time telemetry systems for maritime and industrial applications. My day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sprint planning, quarterly capacity forecasting, and technical roadmaps while balancing legacy modernization with new feature releases. To reinforce software reliability, I instituted structured peer code reviews and automated CI pipelines, which reduced production incident rates by 28% across three major release cycles.
Previously, as Embedded Systems Team Lead at Nordic Telematics Solutions, I led a team of 10 embedded developers building telematics gateway units for commercial vehicle fleets. While coordinating integration milestones between distributed teams in Sweden and Germany and maintaining ISO 26262 functional safety compliance, I standardized defect triage procedures and agile cadences, successfully shortening release lead time from six weeks to two weeks.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background in embedded team leadership, quality initiatives, and cross-functional coordination aligns with your goals at Gotaberg Dynamics AB. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Henrik Lindqvist
