My practical work also encompasses student onboarding and digital guidance tools. At Alster International University, I coordinated orientation week programming for 180 incoming first-year students, organizing introductory curriculum workshops and resource sessions to ease their academic transition. Furthermore, I participated in the institutional rollout and pilot testing of a self-service degree audit portal, where I designed student walkthrough guides and FAQs for more than 400 undergraduates. Combined with my prior experience tracking module prerequisites and maintaining student records at Elbe Metropolitan Business Academy, I have developed a dependable understanding of academic administration and student support workflows.
