In this role, I supervise passenger boarding, seating coordination, and special assistance handling for up to 189 passengers per flight while coordinating onboard service delivery and inventory reconciliation to consistently meet turnaround targets of under 35 minutes. My day-to-day focus remains on coordinating emergency preparedness procedures, first-aid interventions, and cabin safety checks strictly in line with EASA standards.
My earlier experience as a Flight Attendant and Cabin Crew Attendant provided hands-on practice delivering in-flight safety demonstrations, administering prompt medical responses, and addressing special care requests for unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and passengers with reduced mobility. In addition, participating in the Cabin Briefing Standardization Initiative strengthened my appreciation for clear crew communication and standardized pre-departure equipment verification between the cabin crew and flight deck.
