Having developed responsive digital courses, partnered with subject matter experts, and applied systematic instructional design methods in professional training environments, I am eager to contribute to your team's upcoming workplace learning initiatives.
In my current role as Junior Instructional Designer at NordikEd Media AB, I design and author responsive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 for enterprise onboarding and compliance tracks. Working closely with subject matter experts across operations, I translate complex technical workflows into structured storyboards and measurable learning objectives. In addition, I produce instructional screencasts and short-form video explainers using Camtasia while publishing, testing, and managing SCORM-compliant learning packages on the company learning management system.
Prior to this, as an E-Learning Assistant at Vintergatan Learning Studio, I assisted senior instructional designers in converting instructor-led workshop slide decks into self-paced online modules and drafted scenario-based assessment questions and downloadable job aids. Supported by my Bachelor of Arts in Education and Digital Learning from Stockholm University and my Associate Professional in Talent Development certification, I bring a solid grounding in adult learning theory and interactive course development.
