With vocational training in mechatronics and practical experience servicing sorting machinery and conveyor networks, I am eager to contribute to the reliable operation and maintenance of your automated material handling systems.
In my current role as a Junior Maintenance Technician with HavenVloot Logistics Automation, I conduct preventive maintenance inspections, wear monitoring, and lubrication across parcel-handling conveyors. My daily work involves troubleshooting electro-pneumatic and mechanical issues using digital multimeters and technical schematics, as well as replacing worn components such as drive chains, bearings, photoelectric sensors, and pneumatic cylinders. In addition, I maintain detailed records of spare parts, fault codes, and completed work orders within Ultimo CMMS software.
This experience builds on my apprenticeship at Zaanstroom Packaging Systems, where I assisted senior mechanics during machine overhauls and inspected emergency stop circuits and pneumatic pressures. Holding a Diploma MBO Level 4 in Mechatronics, as well as Basic Safety VCA and NEN 3140 VOP certifications, I work with a strict commitment to workplace safety and structured diagnostics.
