In my current role as Lead Mathematics Teacher and Subject Department Chair at Van Leeuwen College, I teach advanced Mathematics B and D to upper-secondary cohorts while coordinating instructional pacing across HAVO and VWO tracks. By integrating dynamic geometry and graphing tools into differential calculus instruction and maintaining consistent assessment expectations, my cohorts have achieved an average 96% pass rate on central national examinations. Additionally, I mentor junior faculty and trainee teachers through structured peer observation cycles, ensuring coherent curriculum alignment across the department.
Complementing my classroom teaching, I developed a Digital Mathematics Remediation Framework featuring diagnostic quizzes and targeted problem sets for students transitioning between lower and upper secondary levels.
