In my current role as Senior Educational Paraprofessional at De Vondelstroom Inclusive Learning Academy, I deliver small-group and one-on-one differentiated instructional support across primary grade levels, serving 14 pupils with diverse learning accommodations. Working in close collaboration with lead teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to execute individual educational plans, I guide positive behavioral intervention strategies that reduced classroom disruptions during transition periods by 35 percent. This practical focus on structured routines ensures that pupils requiring tailored reinforcement can engage productively alongside their peers.
