Camille Mercier
Junior Project Coordinator
Solatis Industrial Systems
Dear Hiring Team,
I am writing to express my interest in the Project Coordinator position at Solatis Industrial Systems. With a solid background in cross-functional schedule tracking, milestone alignment, and structured status reporting within technical environments, I welcome the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing equipment deployment initiatives.
In my current position as Project Coordinator at Aerovance Technologies, I coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams for industrial tooling packages. Utilizing Asana, I maintain integrated work schedules, monitoring deliverables, milestones, and critical path dependencies across three parallel initiatives. Furthermore, I facilitate weekly risk log reviews with workstream leads to identify schedule variances early and assemble concise mitigation briefings for the senior program manager, keeping multi-disciplinary tracks aligned and on schedule.
My foundational experience at Occitanie Logistics Nexus further strengthened my focus on rigorous operational handoffs, where I supported the rollout of an inventory dispatch system by auditing documentation and scheduling training sessions for 45 operations staff. Supported by my Certified Associate in Project Management certification and proven experience building dashboard status reports, I am prepared to facilitate organized communication and dependable timeline administration for Solatis Industrial Systems.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how my coordination skills and administrative discipline can support your team's project goals.
Sincerely,
Camille Mercier
