Sabrina Keller
Junior SQL Developer
Mittelland Analytics AG
Dear Hiring Team,
I am writing to express my interest in the SQL Developer position at Mittelland Analytics AG. With a degree in Business Information Technology and practical experience developing relational database solutions within Swiss logistics operations, I focus on building reliable data pipelines, optimizing relational queries, and ensuring data integrity across operational database environments.
In my current role as a Junior SQL Developer at AareLogix AG, I write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures supporting dispatching and inventory tracking systems. A central component of my work involves designing and maintaining ETL workflows in SSIS to ingest daily shipment feeds from external partners into Microsoft SQL Server. Through systematic query tuning and index defragmentation, I cut average runtime on critical dispatch reports by 35 percent, while collaborating with application developers to establish relational data models and constraints for new fleet features.
Prior to this, during my database and reporting internship at Helva Logistics Solutions GmbH, I constructed relational reporting tables and extraction scripts in PostgreSQL for daily accounting reconciliations. By automating recurring billing exports using SQL scripts and Excel macros, I eliminated 6 hours of manual spreadsheet reconciliation weekly and assisted senior system administrators with sandbox test environment setups. Combined with my earlier commercial operations background, this experience enables me to understand business requirements thoroughly and translate them into maintainable relational models.
Mittelland Analytics AG's commitment to high-performing database infrastructure matches my technical focus and methodical approach to relational development. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and ETL pipeline experience can support your database operations. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Sabrina Keller
