With a solid foundation in primary education from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and years of practical experience across primary school networks in the Eindhoven region, I am committed to maintaining continuous, supportive classroom environments whenever regular staff are absent.
In my current work with Zuid-Brabant Onderwijspool, I provide both short-notice and planned relief teaching across 14 primary schools, ensuring curriculum progression for classes of 20 to 28 pupils. Stepping regularly into unfamiliar settings, I establish prompt rapport, apply school-specific behavioral frameworks, and adhere closely to individual education plans (IEPs). To ensure minimal disruption during staff transitions, I also standardized end-of-day pedagogical handover documentation to facilitate clear and seamless returns for permanent homeroom teachers.
Furthermore, during my tenure with Stichting Meerkant Scholen, I covered planned medical and maternity leaves spanning 4 to 16 weeks in upper primary groups. This experience deepened my capacity to adapt daily lesson plans in Dutch literacy, mathematics, and integrated science, while conducting formative assessments to keep pupil development on track. Coupled with my dedicated training in Passend Onderwijs and Inclusive Classroom Support, I am well prepared to support diverse learning requirements across your school community.
