Elena Becker
Senior Technical Project Manager
Kyntara Logistics Technologies GmbH
Dear Hiring Team,
I am writing to express my interest in the Technical Project Manager position at Kyntara Logistics Technologies GmbH. With extensive experience orchestrating distributed engineering initiatives and leading core platform modernizations, I have consistently aligned complex software architecture with business roadmaps. Your focus on building scalable enterprise dispatch and telematics infrastructure aligns directly with my technical delivery background.
In my current role as Senior Technical Project Manager at Veloqis Systems GmbH, I direct end-to-end technical delivery for a core SaaS telematics platform across four cross-functional engineering squads totaling 28 engineers. During this tenure, I spearheaded the migration of legacy monolith components to Kubernetes-managed event-driven microservices, improving deployment frequency from bi-weekly to daily. Additionally, by standardizing release readiness criteria and automated testing gates, I contributed to reducing release incident escalations by 42% over an eighteen-month period.
Prior to this, at Aethelgard Software Solutions, I managed the execution of multi-tenant enterprise integration projects for European logistics clients with budgets up to 2.2 million euros. There, I supervised API modernization initiatives integrating third-party freight telemetry systems that were completed two weeks ahead of committed milestone dates. Furthermore, by implementing quantitative sprint predictability metrics using Jira automation, I reduced milestone estimation variance from 30% to under 10% across distributed hubs.
Kyntara’s commitment to dependable, high-throughput logistics platforms presents an exciting opportunity to apply my background in systems integration, risk mitigation, and agile delivery governance. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my technical leadership and project execution experience can support your team’s strategic milestones.
Sincerely,
Elena Becker
