In collaboration with QA/QC inspectors during non-destructive testing, I have consistently maintained weld defect rejection rates under 0.8 percent on radiographic inspection, while also mentoring apprentice fabricators in joint fit-up, purging techniques, and torch control.
My practical experience also includes completing major process pipework such as a Clean-in-Place skid project, where I fabricated and fitted 420 metres of clean-utility 316L stainless steel process line for a biopharmaceutical facility in Dublin. By maintaining complete inert argon back-purging to prevent root oxidation, I delivered assemblies that achieved 100 percent borescopic inspection pass criteria. Combined with my background interpreting isometric drawings and conducting dye penetrant testing on structural manifolds, I am accustomed to meeting exacting standards in controlled workshop and site environments.
