Lukas Lindemann
Interior Designer | Space Planning & Commercial Interiors
Neuraum Design Kollektiv GmbH
Dear Hiring Team,
I am writing to express my interest in the Interior Designer position at Neuraum Design Kollektiv GmbH. With an established background in commercial workplace and boutique hospitality interiors in Munich and across Bavaria, I welcome the opportunity to contribute my experience in spatial concept development, technical detailing, and on-site delivery to your project team.
In my current role at Raumwert Studio GmbH, I direct interior architecture planning for corporate and hospitality fit-outs ranging from 300 to 1,800 square meters. My scope covers HOAI work phases 1 to 5, generating integrated concept designs, 3D visualizations, and detail drawings with Vectorworks and SketchUp. I regularly coordinate material selections, custom joinery packages, and acoustic paneling systems with specialist craftsmen and structural engineers, alongside managing on-site contractor coordination, snagging lists, and budget tracking during fit-out execution.
My portfolio also reflects a strong focus on functional planning and sustainable material choices, such as during the Isar Workspace Transformation project. For that assignment, I developed the spatial concept, bespoke acoustic partitioning, and lighting design for an open-plan office accommodating 85 workstations, integrating sustainable timber finishes and circular furniture components to meet client environmental targets. Combined with my prior experience preparing tender packages and navigating Bavarian building regulations at Atelier Kleeberg Innenarchitektur, I am well prepared to manage complex design briefs with technical precision.
Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my interior planning, technical drafting, and fit-out coordination background can support the upcoming commissions at Neuraum Design Kollektiv GmbH.
Sincerely,
Lukas Lindemann
