My experience also includes structured patient care through Disease Management Programs (DMP) for diabetes mellitus type 2 and coronary heart disease, developed during my work at Practice for Internal Medicine am Stadtgarten. I have consistently focused on clinical efficiency and patient safety, having introduced a color-coded sterilization packaging system that reduced surgical preparation turnaround times by 20 minutes between minor procedures while mentoring incoming vocational apprentices.
