In my current role at Centre Hospitalier Rhodanien des Monts, I coordinate comprehensive bedside nursing care within a 26-bed acute adult medicine ward. My daily responsibilities include performing systematic admissions, monitoring vital signs, administering intravenous therapies and complex pharmacotherapy under strict French public health hygiene standards, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to align individual treatment strategies. Additionally, I mentor newly qualified nurses and students in aseptic wound dressing and digital record charting.
Prior to this, I spent over four years at Polyclinique Chirurgicale Bellecour-Saône caring for adult orthopedic and general surgery inpatients. In that post-surgical setting, I managed pre-operative preparation, monitored surgical drains and central venous lines, and delivered protocol-driven analgesia during post-anesthesia stabilization. Complementing this hands-on background, I co-designed a unit-level Morse Fall Scale assessment protocol to strengthen inpatient fall prevention, ensuring that clinical interventions translate into tangible patient safety improvements.
