In my current position as Head Costume Designer with Compagnie Scenique d'Occitanie, I direct the visual conception and execution of complete wardrobe collections for regional theater and touring dance productions. In this capacity, I oversee production budgets of up to 35,000 EUR, negotiating fabric purchases and haberdashery sourcing with regional merchants while supervising a team of three seamstresses and dressers. Working in close collaboration with directors and performers, I conduct fittings and structural alterations to ensure garments support dynamic movement and rapid onstage transitions while preserving historical silhouette and scenic continuity.
My independent project work has also deepened my technical command of historical garment fabrication and complex theatrical demands. For the production of La Dame de Nuit, a Baroque chamber opera, I designed and constructed twelve bespoke seventeenth-century garments featuring adaptable modular elements engineered for forty-second quick changes. In addition, my background coordinating wardrobe continuity and on-set maintenance for television productions with Garonne Image Productions has reinforced my adaptability under demanding production schedules.
